Back on Track!

I cant't say, I have the best diet, because I really don't there are at certain points where I would eat some unhealthy foods or snacks like donuts, probably muffins, and Oreo s, and actually big mountain plates of my mom's cooking, and also 2 big cups of juice. Now as now I started a big positive Phase, as I did lost weight from last year when I was 220 Lbs  all the way to now where I weight 192 Lbs. Yeah I have been getting my workout on, but also it was mostly cause of the wrestling team I was on. On the Wrestling team I burned over 20 LBS.During Wrestling I was working out from Cardiovascular to Strength Conditioning. As the workouts were running around the stadium multiple of times, doing stadium stairs, and wrestling drills, and on top of that, we also ran on the track as well. The whole transformation of doing all these impacting workouts did transformed me indeed, well got me more in shape and got me reaching to my potential. Well I did struggle a little bit in wrestling and on the workouts there was a point where I wanted to quit, but I really ended up, fighting I kept fighting, and continued showing up to the workouts everyday. It was a great expected effort and I gave it. Well to get back on track as I was trying to say. I as losing weight during the Off Season as I was over 200 Lbs. and then I had a change of eating habits, especially with getting eating tips as well, and It really helps quite frankly. Even eating Special K cereal is what has been helping me, it has even became one of my favorite cereals, especially with the great flavors. One thing I need to get back on track is getting good sleep and trying to get up early, but so far I continue to strive to great efforts with full motivation, like imagining Patrick Willis motivating me.

Spring break, What a relief!

This is a relief to be on Spring break, it is a big relief especially for college students. The only rough thing about Spring Break it is during April Fools day. However on a softer note the good thing about SPring Break is Easter and the week after that is Wrestlemania 29 the biggest event with the Huge sold out crowd in The Met Life Statium in the New York/New Jersey neighborhood. I'm hoping to watch the big payper view, and also other events to happen during Spring Break which the Sweet 16, ELite 8, Final 4, and THE BIG NCAA Championship. The Big Thing though, that has been going on for me For Spring Break is reauming my workout consistency, and other routines I did before my spring semsester started, and the great thing about that was today or Thursday, I shall say on March 28. I got a good workout for sweating off really hard. Especially getting the good workout in like Patrick Willis does.

March Madness and Women's history month

March is an exciting month because there is a Big eventful month, actually there are 3 events in March, especially the popular name and the big popular event which is March Madness, and also Women's History Month, another big holiday that is not really noticed, and of course St. Patrick's day, March Madness is a big event for fanatic or big sports fans, or fans of certain colleges.

1. Women's History Month

Women's history month is very eventful for the whole month I think it should be like black history month, and it seems very meaningful as I did learn about the holiday back in grade school and on top of that, Women's history month was an actual holiday from what I found out quite frankly. Especially with great awesome women that can inspire men like me as well as much as they can to women.

2. St. Patrick's day

St. Patrick's day is an Irish holiday but it is also spread in the american culture. (I could be wrong). It is a big event of where you wear green, not everyone wears green, and however some who don't wear green don't get pinched. It was also the day in 2001, where they had a movie called, The Luck of The Irish. The Movie was a good celebration of St. Patrick's day, I can't forget it is even mainly celebrated in Boston based on the population of the Irish, even with the Boston Celtics.

3. March Madness

March Madness is the biggest event of the month because it is one of the bracket filling events in the month of March in Sports, cause it is one of the big unpredictible tournament in sports almost like the NFL Playoffs, it is quite a great historical NCAA Sports events, because there is a number of games in many certain sectors with 32 schools in the tournament which as it goes all the way down to the Super Sweet 16, then the elite 8, and then THE FINAL 4, and then the chamionship, as it goes down to one champion  There was some good college events at the end especially with Duke and Butler going at it back in 2010, which was a really good aweosme game. Despite the slight of some busted brackets. With a lot of upsets going on. March Madness is the big reason for me, personally to celebrate march.

Dwight Howard's big game

The big game with Dwight Howard and the reason being it was his big game and how it was more than just him returning to Orlando against or even against his former team The Orlando Magic, for those who saw or even head his quote from News reporters, or mainly those who missed this he said twoards his teammates "My team in Orlando was a team full of people that nobody wanted, and I led them with a smile." Could anyone think he proved that on his victory against Orlando, I guess you can say he didn't regret it, because they did redeem themselves by winning over The Orlando Magic, and for Losing to the Orlando Magic This Past December by double digits.  Maybe you can say, during his 7 year journey with the Magic, and hiss rookie year when he was teammates with Deshawn Stevenson, Steve Francis (who got traded to the Knicks Midseason), Cuttino "The Cat" Mobley,  Kelvin Cato, Grant Hill, and even Hedo Turkoglu. He also had a number of Playoff appearances with the backup squad they had with Rashad Lewis, Duke alumni J.J. Redick, Jammer Nelson ( who still plays for the Magic). He did make the NBA FInals against his future team the Los Angeles Lakers but lost in 5, 3 years later his last season with the Magic during the shortened lockout season they were the 6th seed and got knocked out of the first round by Indiana. Well hope I didn't get off the subject but however it seemed that Dwight proved his quote  with his victory and despite his former teammates firing back. And Did Dwight Really lead his former team The Magic?

Men that inspired and motivate me

Ok I have this motivational attitude, and me browsing through YouTube I saw some awesome videos, and Me as a big sports fan I have athletes, and entertainers that really motivate me a whole lot, especially their  achievement of how they made it to where they got to now (they are also my favorites):
15. Tom Brady
14. Jerry Sloan
13. Adam "Edge" Copeland

12. Jeff Hardy
11. Nate Robinson
10. Brett Farve
9. Chris Jericho
8. Kevin Garnett
7. John Cena
6. CM Punk
5. Clay Matthews
4. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
3. Patrick Willis

2. Rey Lewis
1. Jim Harbaugh

These have been great interesting men and guys that had great attitude and honor in their careers, like going through injuries like Jeff Hardy and Edge did, and what they also did was made it from the bottom to being the best, even Like John Cena never giving up, or even Tom Brady one of the huge underdogs in the NFL the 7th round draft pick on the bottom but proved to step up when Drew Bledsoe went down, he stepped up to win the Super Bowl, and became the starter for the football team, and winning two more Super Bowls, and making phenomenal comebacks in crucial games, becoming the star player of New England. Another underdog talented player is Nate Robinson who stands at 5 ft. 9 in.  and one of the best moments are when he won the slam dunk contest, and when he blocked a 7 ft. 6 in. center Yao Ming. Intense players like Kevin Garnett, Patrick Willis, and Mainly Rey Lewis have awesome pre game motivation and even how they play even show they have strong motivation even on themselves. And I can't forget the Long haired talent of CLay Matthews. Also Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson who was both a great actor and an achieving wrestler, and has a great intense workout schedule and has a great bold personality. And Ray Lewis well his speech in video says it all. 2 great coaches are great inspirations as well and not just people that ell at their athletes. Jerry Sloan was an awesome coach a great achiever who coached the NBA team the Utah Jazz, after he resigned, 2 great players my favorite players Stockton and Malone had really great stuff about him and it was interesting. The Number 1 best head coach so far today I think is Jim Harbaugh, he was a great head coach turning an Underchieving team The San Fransisco 49 ers who were an underachieving team to a strong overachieving team especially turning 49ers Quarterback Alex Smith's career around mking him from an underachieving, struggling quarterback into a phenomenal, successful quartback and even the eventual new starting quarterback who led them to the superbowl Colin Kaepernick as well, with Harbaugh replacing the fired Mike SIngletary, he proved to make history and made a phenomenal unified team from the ground up. and my favorite quote from him is "Who's Got it better than us?" NOBODY!!!!!!!!
